Accel ITS offers Managed Print Services (MPS) to corporate customers to manage their printing needs more efficiently i.e., better quality and lower cost, in a pay-per-use model. Key components of MPS are – assessment of customer requirements, adding and replacing of hardware, supply of consumables, maintenance, and periodic billing at agreed rates for the number of prints the customer has taken.

A fleet of both mono and color Printers and Multi-Function (Scan, Copy, Print) devices are deployed and maintained by us at our own cost. As a result, customers can use their resources and time for more productive activities.
