Acquired IT infrastructure services company, Computer Factory India Private Limited and Ensure Support Services a division of Redington India limited. Invested in Bengaluru based IT Security company, Secureinteli Technologies Private Limited.
Acquired back BT Frontlines stake in the company. Consolidated IT Services portfolio. Setup Cyber Security Company in Singapore. Exited the IT Services, business in 2015 by strategic sales to CAC Holdings Corp., Japan. Launched Accel Media as a Group Entity
Went public with a successful IPO, Listed in National Stock Exchange of India. Became a subsidiary of BT Frontline Limited Singapore.
